The Library consists of Two main wings viz.,

1. Library
   1. The Main Library is Located at Room No 28 of Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru
   2. Reports and Debates section at Legislature Home Library.
   3. Reading Room at the left side of the Assembly Chamber in the first floor.
   4. At the time of session a mini Library is also opened in the lobby of Legislative Council Chamber.
   5. LH is also provided with Reading Room.
2. Reference and Research Section
   1. Research and Reference Section is also working at Room No 28 of Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru.

The Legislature Library is well equipped with modern facilities such as work stations, LAN connections, Scanners and copiers.
