1. Worked as a Joint Secretary, State Government Employees Union and Secretary, Mysore District Government Employees Association and President. K.R. Nagar Taluk Government Employees Association from 1984 to 1988.
2. Working as a Founder General Secretary, Karnataka State High School Assistant Masters Association from 1986.
3. Under his leadership three independent candidates contested to the Teachers' Constituency Election to Legislative Council in 1988 from the Karnataka State High School Asst. Masters Associations, all the three won by creating a history.
4. Serving as a State Vice President for Karnataka State Ambedkar Jana Jagruthi Committee from 1990.
5. Serving as Chief Convenor for Karnataka State Tobacco Growers Forum to solve the farmers grievances from 1990.
6. He constituted 6 Forums of Karnataka State Independent in 1995 and serving as a President for this Forum. The Forum was inagurated by Sri D.B. Kalmankar, Hon'ble Chairman, L.C.under the Scheme of said Forum the Birthday of Nethaji Subash Chandra Bose will be celebrated every year.
7. Karnataka Govt. has honoured him for asking large number of questions in LC and for participating in Cultural activities & Sports in South Indian Legislators day held in 1995.
8. He obtained the gold medal for participating in South India Legislators Sports & Cultural Programme held in 1995 at Hyderabad.
9. He participated in State Govt. Delegation at the time of submission of Petition with regard to the Cauvery Water Disputes in 1997.
10. Somanahalli Mathadisha Sri Pandit Radhye Swamiji has honoured him with Sri "Shikshak Bhandu" Award on 16-2-1998 at the time of Sri Patil Puttappa preside over the State Level Education Conference on 31-1-1998.
