  1. Served as General Secretary, Bangalore Rural :ICC (I) from 1974 to 1976.          
  2. Served as Vice-President, Bangalore Rural DCC (I) from 1979 to 1981.                 
  3. Served as President, Bangalore Rural DCC (I) from 1981 to 1983.            
  4. Served as KPCCI Observer supervising Legislative Council Election of Hassan District during 1987-88.    
  5. Served as KPCCI Observer supervising Parliament and Legislative Assembly Elections in Shimoga District during 1989.           
  6. Served as KPCCI Observer supervising Kanakapura Parliamentary Constituency Elections in the year 1991.     
  7. Under the instructions of KPCC (I), he had furnished a statement of facts before the Justice Kuldeep Singh Commission of inquiry relating to the NRI's Land Deals of Ramakrishna Hegade in 1990.

  1. Served as Senate Member of Bangalore University from 1968 to 1980.
  2. He is associated with several educational, cultural, youth organisations including sports club in the State.
  3. Publishing Weekly and Monthly Journals under the title of "Chitra Deepa'' Publishers, Bangalore.
  4. Attended several Congress Sessions, Conferences and participated in Seminars in different parts of India and Campaigned in all the Elections, travelled in European Countries and produced one Kannada Film titled "Sangarsha", highlighting the Youth's problem.
  5. Built-up a temple in Dravidian Architecture dedicated to "Sri Meenakshi-Sundaraeshwara Swamy" and a Kalyana Mantapa called "Meenakshi Mahal" at Bangalore - Bannerghatta Road which is attracting lot of devotees and pilgrims daily.
