Was Professor of Law of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and served as U.G.C Professor from 1998 in the National Law School of India. 3. His greatest contribution is the effective research work for over 8-9 years in the Panchayat Raj Issue and has participated in the National Debate on the 64th Constitution Amendment. 8. In addition to this has published articles on Research Matters both in Kannada and English Languages in several News Papers. 9. Served in various National and International Institutions. 10. Was appointed as Minister of State for Information Technology Publicity in the Council of Ministers headed by Sri S.M. Krishna on 17-10-1999. 11.
